I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples “shift destructive, repeating negative patterns in their relationship and achieve deeper intimacy, trust, and relationship satisfaction.” I facilitate a dynamic environment for couples to interact with and experience each other in a different light to rediscover the bond that is the foundation for a lively and meaningful relationship. I specialize in working with long-term, heterosexual, monogamous couples, particularly parents.
